Who is Jade?

Who am I???  I’m a mother and a wife of a Navy veteran.  I’m a Florida native with a serious love for gardening that grew up in Atlantic Beach as an only child.  I’m known in Jacksonville as one of the members of Tru Dancers, a model for Tarina’s Hair Salon, and in the car club community as Lady Deadpool.  I’m an ENTIRE goofball, but when the time comes to be professional, I am all business!  Now I‘ve been told that I’m doing this backwards, but I play hard, and work harder.  Those close to me have described me as intelligent, determined, kind, thorough, analytical, driven, a logical thinker and honest (sometimes brutally) with just a touch of OCD.  In short, I’m everything your Realtor should be—and more!

Let me take a step back and address something real quick.  Most people hear that I am an only child and automatically assume that I was spoiled as a kid, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth.  My parents weren’t afraid to tell me “No”.  I had to EARN everything I got.  In hindsight, I’m sure this wasn’t easy for them to do.  Every parent wants to shower their kids with the things they couldn’t or didn’t have when they themselves grew up.  But my parents understood that by just giving me what I wanted was not going to do me any favors when I became an adult and had to survive on my own.  It’s a hard-knock life out here in these streets!  They made sure that I didn’t grow up thinking that all the things I wanted out of life were going to be handed to me or be so easy to obtain.  Don’t get me wrong…I got my share of Yes’s that weren’t really earned, but trust me—when they were given, I had much more appreciation for them!  This is a big part of what made me into the woman I am today.  This taught me not to give up because things didn’t come easy. 

I learned to focus on my goals, make a plan to get there and not be afraid to take the road less traveled if need me.  I learned to get to the good, you may have to go thru the bad and the ugly. My strong work ethic is what makes me the clear choice in helping you achieve your real estate goals.
